Customer Forms
Please be aware that we are updating a number of fees on our Schedule of Fees located here effective from 1 November 2025. Specially we are updating the following fees:
- Recalculation of payout figure (first 2 free) will increase to $99 (incl GST).
- Consent to sub-division, leases, 2nd mortgages etc will increase to $400 (noGST).
- Substitute security fee will increase to $400 (no GST).
- Production of title fee will increase to $200 (no GST).
- Insurance arrangement fee will increase to $300 (no GST).
- Trust deed or corporate structure review will increase to $385 (incl GST).
- Dishonour Fee will increase to $40 (no GST).
- Monthly arrears fee will increase to $75 (no GST).
- Duplicate statement fee will increase to $25 (no GST).
- Photocopy of documents will increase to $100 (no GST).
- Courier fee (TT arranging fee on top of service provider fee) is a new fee of $100 (no GST).
- Request fee will increase to $75 (no GST).
- Manual task fee (per hour) will increase to $100 (no GST).
- Discharge Fees:
- For standard residential loans the fee will increase to $495 (no GST).
- For all other loans types (other than Private & Residual Stock loans) the fee will increase to $950 (no GST).
- There is no change to the Discharge Fee for Private & Residual Stock loans where the fee is $1,000 (no GST).
- Settlement fee will increase to $495 (no GST), effective from 4 August 2025 for new loans received.
