How we generate returns
Returns are generated primarily through contractual interest income from first‑mortgage, property‑secured loans. Our origination platform provides direct access to loan opportunities, enabling disciplined pricing, careful structuring and selectivity across market conditions.
By prioritising cash‑flow generation over capital appreciation and avoiding elevated risk‑taking, we aim to deliver consistent income rather than opportunistic or cyclical returns.
