Thinktank’s Income and High Yield Trusts are open to sophisticated and wholesale investors.
Sophisticated and wholesale investors require a certificate from an accountant stating that you have either $2.5million net assets OR you have earned $250,000 gross per annum for the last two years. A certificate is not required if you invest $500,000 or more.
