Andrew has over 15 years’ operational related leadership experience, with a particular focus on operational excellence, credit risk, technology and process improvement.

Andrew has a Master of Business Administration (MBA), a Graduate Diploma in Management, an Advanced Diploma of Banking Services Management, Diploma in Financial Services, Diploma in Financial Planning – (RG146), Diploma of Credit Management and is a certified Agile SCRUM master.
