Senior Business Analyst

Supported by major local and international institutions, the company is well established in the property finance market and ongoing growth has now led to a need for Senior Business Analyst to join the team.
Role Overview
The Senior Business Analyst partners with the business in clarifying, updating, and improving the business processes that are impacted by technology changes that are part of our digital transformation.
Key Accountabilities
- You will be involved in the business requirement elicitation process
- Navigating the competing needs of multiple stakeholder groups
- Defining an end-to-end business process that is accepted by all groups
- Mapping out the requirements for one or more systems to support these needs and the process
- Quality assurance analysis to evaluate the systems compliance with the business requirements to verify if it has met the criteria for delivery to our customers
About you
- 5 + years’ experience working as a Business Analyst with strong recent experience in the Financial Services Sector
- Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle
- Extensive experience working in an Agile environment
- Strong requirements analysis skills
- End to end knowledge of the loan life cycle would be desirable
- Proven ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Highly developed communication skills with a high attention to detail
