Trust Analyst/Senior Trust Analyst – Treasury

Role Overview

As a Trust Analyst/Senior Trust Analyst, you will play a key role in the effective management and reporting of warehouse and term funding facilities. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will ensure all trust structures operate in line with contractual obligations while contributing to continuous improvement across Trust Management and Treasury.

Key Accountabilities

  • Prepare, review and deliver monthly trust reports in accordance with transaction documents, trust deeds and internal policies
  • Proactively identify and resolve data integrity and reporting issues
  • Interpret and analyse data using Excel, internal dashboards and reporting tools
  • Support settlement of new funding facilities and termination of existing deals
  • Build and maintain trust models within the Treasury Management System
  • Contribute to system enhancements, automation and broader Treasury projects
  • Maintain strong, professional relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders including trustees, investors and auditors

About You

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in securitisation, treasury or trust management
  • Advanced Excel and trust reporting capability
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
  • Confident communicator with strong time management skills
  • Tertiary qualifications in finance, commerce or a related discipline (desirable)
  • Experience with trust management systems, automation tools or AI-enabled reporting highly regarded
